A Florida-based lawyer with decades of experience, Stephen J. Kolski prepared for his law career by earning a bachelor’s degree in government and international relations from the University of Notre Dame. Stephen J. Kolski went on to earn his juris doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1990. In addition to his studies, he committed 20 hours a week during his second and third years of law school to work as a law clerk at Catlin, Saxon, Tuttle, and Evans, P.A. In this position, he introduced the online legal research service Westlaw to the firm and trained partners and associates on how to use the tool.
Attorney Kolski has operated his legal firm, Stephen J. Kolski & Associates, P.A., in Coral Gables, Florida, since 2016. Serving corporate and individual clients, he offers legal services related to lien foreclosures, business tort, contracts, and landlord and tenant matters, as well as other cases. He handles approximately 90 arbitration and litigation cases each year. As president of the firm, he also oversees administrative duties and provides leadership to his team.
